- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address

We use the data automatically transmitted when you use the website in particular for the following purposes:

- Ensuring a problem-free connection of the website,

- for other administrative purposes.

These data will not be merged with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is the protection of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interests result from the stated purposes.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on these data without your consent. The data entered in the contact form will be processed on the basis of the consent you gave when filling out the contact form (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal message by email. If you would like to receive the newsletter we offer, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and agree to receive the newsletter (double opt-in). Further data is not collected or only collected on a voluntary basis. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

We send the newsletter using MailChimp, which is offered by Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. This enables us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. They are used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.

The data you provide us to subscribe to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that have been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remain unaffected. You can find more details in the privacy policy of MailChimp at https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/. You can view the order processing contract we have concluded with MailChimp under the following link: https://mailchimp.com/legal/forms/data-processing-agreement/sample-agreement/.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out shall not be affected by the revocation.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you cancel the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Analytics is used on the website with the IP anonymisation function. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. This website uses the “demographic features” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain information about the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. These data come from interest-based advertising by Google as well as from visitor data of third parties. These data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can turn this feature off at any time from the ad settings in your Google Account.

The collection of your data by Google Analytics requires your prior consent as part of our consent solution.

Google Ads and Google Ads Conversion

This website uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). In the context of Google Ads we use conversion tracking. When you click on an ad served by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we may recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.

Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked on the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for ad customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive information that can be used to identify users personally. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt-out of this use by simply disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie on your web browser under User Preferences.
